When it became necessary to re-roof my house and garage, I inquired into several well- established local roofing companies located in the Pasadena-San Gabriel Valley area. I was not satisfied with either of these because of their cost or because one company (which I have used in the past) could not give me a final written estimate 3 1/2 weeks after inspecting the roofs!

So I went back to the telephone yellow pages. I prefer to support and use local businesses whenever possible and that is why I called your company. I also liked the layout and details in your ad. (compare it for yourself - look at the ugly, non-informative ad above yours).

When I called to arrange an appointment date for an estimate, I was courteously greeted and helped. A time and date was arranged to meet my schedule. When the visual inspection was completed, the written estimate and full explanation of what was to be done was completed at that time. I was very impressed with your honesty, since you told me my roof was 'not that bad' and could possibly get by with patching instead of an entire roof at this time and the cost would be less. I decided since I eventually would need a new roof, I would get it done now and give the job to you.

Now let's discuss the actual job. On the date decided to start the job, the crew was there promptly. All the men were courteous and friendly. They worked from the time they arrived straight thru to the time they left. They were very hard workers at a physically demanding and dirty job! Everything was cleaned and swept and recleaned and reswept. There was not one square inch of debris left when they finished each day. The total project was completed in a couple of days. I am extremely satisfied with the service and quality of work preformed.

I will use your services without a doubt whenever I need to in the future. I will also without hesitation recommend your company to anyone who needs quality, professional roofing and excellent service.

As a consumer it is difficult to establish criteria on who to select for a job. Cost and quality of course are very important, but promptness, courtesy, and cleaning up of the job site are also important. I rate your company A+. It was a pleasure working with you.  Thank you.

On November 12 your crew of seven men did a speedy and excellent job of removing shingles and underlayment from our house. And they left no debris of any kind around the house! Remarkable!

On November 15, Tom Filla and his crew of three men worked non-stop (no breaks for coffee or for lunch) until the roof was completely shingled except for hip and ridge shingles which they applied on November 18. In my many years in design and construction I have never encountered a more efficient and capable crew. In talking with Tom, I learned that he has trained his crew in the craft of roofing. I also learned how knowledgeable Tom is in the details of roofing. I am very pleased to have had Tom and his crew re-roof our residence! Incidentally, they did not leave a single scrap of debris behind!
